8.7 - CL_TIME_PERIOD & HY_TIME_PERIOD should now be removed from the COMMON set, as these are CUSTOM only implementation.
8.14.8 - Implies the TimeDimension could be optional, but 8.14.2 lists it as being required
8.14.2 - shouldn't FREQ be an attribute of the time dimension instead of a dimension of the key family? Is it really necessary to identify the dataset key?
SDMX states it should be a dimension, but we should really challenge this ASAP.
8.14.8 - No reference to IS0 8601
