Description

ALL - Â character displayed in Internet Explorer as well as many other similar cases.
8. - The assertions are "natual" language assertions
8.15 - whose string value is one "of" these reserved values (missing "of" word)
8.14.5 - The Frequency dimension dimension (typed twice)
6. - then it shall also produce a new version attribute value (added value as new version attribute could mean someone adds "MyVersion='1.1'")
8.14.2.d - it says dimension instead of primary measure
Abstract - Part 2 defines common concept schemes,concepts, codelists, codes,"hierarchical code-list" and hierarchies to be used in SDMX HD messages
